Job summary

PSL is hiring a Caregiver/Care Partner to support seniors in a residential setting. You will assist residents with daily activities, promote safety, and contribute to a warm, caring environment.

Flexible shifts include Day, Evening, NOC; full-time and part-time options with ongoing training and advancement opportunities. Prior experience with older adults is preferred; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with heavier lifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state.
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given).
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.
