Pegasus Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver/Care Partner to provide compassionate care to residents in a senior living community. The role emphasizes assisting with daily living activities, mobility support, and maintaining resident dignity and comfort.

The position requires effective communication in English, a minimum of one year of experience with older adults, and the ability to lift or move heavy residents with assistance when needed.

Qualifications

• Must have English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• One year of relevant experience with older adults preferred.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and assist with daily living activities.
• Assist residents with mobility, grooming, bathing, and nutrition as assigned.
• Document care provided and communicate changes to nursing staff and supervisor.

Education

HCA or CNA certification
