You will assist with daily activities, follow care plans, promote safety and independence, and engage residents through conversations and meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
