Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver in the United States to provide hands-on support with daily living activities and compassionate care for residents. You will follow ISP guidelines, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents through conversations and activities.

The role emphasizes communication with families and care teams, with special opportunities to create enriching experiences for Memory Care residents in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
