Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will assist with daily living activities, follow ISP plans, and contribute to a safe, dignified, and engaging living environment.

This role emphasizes compassionate care, effective family communication, and collaboration with care leaders, with opportunities for growth and development within Sunrise Senior Living.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within a reasonable time.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
