Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Lombard, IL is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support with daily living activities and follow individualized care plans. You will engage residents, support dining and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain). Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered as part of a broader compensation package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and keep environment clean and welcoming.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for memory‑impaired residents.
