Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking caregivers who are passionate about providing compassionate, personalized in-home care. We value trust, kindness, and meaningful connections to help seniors feel safe and respected.

We offer flexible schedules (part-time and full-time), ongoing training, and a supportive team environment to grow professionally in a caregiving role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, individualized care in clients’ homes.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks based on client needs.
• Manage and administer medications as directed.
• Provide companionship through conversation and engaging activities.
• Observe and report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to provide two forms of ID and work eligibility documentation

• Willingness to enroll in direct deposit
