Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide in-home support and companionship, helping clients maintain independence and comfort in their own homes.

You will assist with daily activities, manage medications as prescribed, and collaborate with a care team to tailor care plans. Prior experience is a plus, but we welcome dedicated individuals seeking to start a rewarding career in home health.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to drive or access to reliable transportation.
• Prior experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation.
• Direct deposit enrollment required.

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks, as needed.
