Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is hiring compassionate Caregivers to provide in-home support to our patients, helping with daily living activities and healthcare routines. You will work in a trusted, patient-centered environment focused on dignity and personal connection.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily tasks, coordinating with care teams, and monitoring medication schedules while promoting social interaction and mental engagement in a supportive home setting.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to drive or access to reliable transportation
• Prior experience is a plus, but not required
• Must provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation
• Direct deposit enrollment required

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and preferences
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals and snacks, as needed
• Manage medication schedules and administer medications as prescribed
