Job summary

The Cottages is a small, home-like community dedicated to helping seniors live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in Idaho. We are seeking compassionate caregivers who want to grow with the company and make a meaningful daily impact on our residents.

Schedule: full-time days and NOC shifts. We provide industry-leading training, health and vision insurance, PTO, 401k with employer match, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• GREAT ATTITUDE and sincere desire to help others.
• Background check required including reference checks.
• Post-offer drug test required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must be 17 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Hygiene and grooming assistance (bathing, dressing, etc).
• Medication assistance / Med Tech duties
• Monitoring and safety supervision
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Ambulation and mobility support
• Laundry
• Joyful companionship for residents
