Job summary

The Cottages, a small, home-like senior care community, is seeking compassionate caregivers to help residents live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. You will provide personal care, monitor safety, prepare meals, and offer joyful companionship in a supportive team environment.

Experience is preferred but not required. We offer training, health and vision insurance, paid time off, dental, a 401k with employer match, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• GREAT ATTITUDE with compassion and a sincere desire to help others.
• Ability to take direction, follow rules exactly, be proactive and thoughtful.
• Successful completion of a Criminal History check
• Pass the post-offer drug test
• Be able to lift at least 50lbs
• Be 17 years of age or older
