Job summary

The Cottages is a small, home-like community focused on helping seniors live safely and with dignity. We welcome compassionate caregivers who want to grow with us and make a meaningful daily impact in residents’ lives.

Experience is preferred but not required; we provide industry-leading training. Full-time AM/PM shifts, with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• GREAT ATTITUDE and a sincere desire to help others
• Ability to take direction, follow rules exactly, be proactive and thoughtful
• Successful completion of a Criminal History check
• Pass the post-offer drug test
• Be able to lift at least 50lbs
• Be 17 years of age or older
