Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring a dedicated caregiver for Tuesday through Monday shifts across weekdays and weekends in the Fenton and Brighton area. The role offers up to 30 hours per week and focuses on compassionate, patient‑centered senior care with flexible scheduling and local coverage.

Qualifications emphasize caregiving ability, reliability, and respect for privacy. CNA/HHA certification is welcome but not required, with paid training and benefits supporting personal growth.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification is preferred but NOT required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client care.
• Proficiency in cooking nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and information handling.
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with children is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centered dementia care with safety, dignity and engagement.
• Assist clients with housekeeping, meals and verbal medication reminders.
• Aid clients in personal care such as showering, dressing and toileting.
