SYNERGY HomeCare in Michigan is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide patient-centered senior care across weekdays and weekends. This role offers part-time to full-time schedules in Brighton, South Lyon, Fenton and Milford, with flexible hours to fit your life.

You will assist with housekeeping, meals, personal care, transportation, and dementia‑care while ensuring safety, dignity and meaningful engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client care.
• Proficiency in cooking nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and information handling.
• Previous experience in caregiving is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with housekeeping, meal preparation, and verbal medication reminders.
• Aid clients in their personal care needs including showering, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide transportation to clients to attend doctors appointments, run errands, outings etc. (Mileage is reimbursed).
• Deliver person-centered dementia care that provides safety, dignity and meaningful engagement.
