Responsabilités

• Serves meals and assists residents with meal time needs.
• Accompanies residents on shopping trips and counsels residents in personal item purchases.
• Aids staff in administering therapeutic activities and recreational programs.
• Redirects disruptive residents to prevent injury.
• Observes and documents residents' behaviors to inform treatment goals.
• Attends to routine Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Gives medications as prescribed by physician with RN delegation.
• Takes and records weight and vital signs with RN delegation.
