Potter Ridge Senior Living Care Provider is seeking compassionate staff to provide daily care for residents in a senior living setting. You will assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and daily activities, while maintaining resident dignity and comfort.

Responsibilities include medication assistance as delegated by an RN, documenting changes, and communicating resident needs to the care team. Prior experience with older adults is helpful, but training is available.

Qualifications

• Must be punctual with a good attendance record.
• Ability to work as a team with staff and supervisors.
• Compassionate and patient approach with residents.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and software use.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily physical care for residents, including hygiene and personal care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, grooming).
• Administer or assist with medications as delegated by RN.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Document changes in residents’ condition and report to management.
