Job summary

Laurel Parc at Bethany Village, just north of Beaverton/Hillsboro, Oregon, is hiring dedicated Caregivers to support our older adult residents. We offer Full Time and Part Time roles with Day, Swing, and NOC shifts; weekend work is required.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, light housekeeping, companionship, and safety observation, plus documenting care in resident records. We provide onboarding trainings, CPR/First Aid training, and benefits such as 401k and gym

Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience with seniors
• Paid pre-employment trainings provided during onboarding
• CPR/First Aid training and Oregon Food Handlers Permit required
• Must work weekends and have schedule flexibility
• Caregiver experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provides general attention to residents' needs.
• Documents all Activities of Daily Living for each resident.
• Provides companionship and observes to ensure safety and report condition changes.
• Completes light housekeeping tasks.
• Maintains confidentiality regarding residents and the care.
• Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
• Displays excellent communication and remains calm and courteous under pressure.
