All About Compassion Adult Family Home LLC is hiring a dedicated Caregiver/Resident Assistant in Milwaukee, WI. Full-time shifts run 9am–9pm or 9pm–9am, with part-time options 8am–2pm.

The role focuses on compassionate, personalized care for residents, with opportunities for growth and training. Responsibilities include ADLs, medication administration, mobility assistance, activity engagement, and daily documentation.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient attitude.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Caregiving experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
• CBRF certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision to residents per individualized care plans.
• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and personal hygiene.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document accordingly.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation with safe techniques.
• Monitor changes in residents' physical/mental health and report concerns.
• Encourage participation in recreational, social, and therapeutic activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks per dietary needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and complete housekeeping tasks as required.
• Complete required documentation accurately including progress notes and logs.
