Job summary

The Cottages is a small, home-like senior care community in Idaho seeking compassionate caregivers to join our close-knit team. You will provide essential daily care, companionship, and support to residents, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and connected in a respectful environment.

Experience is welcome but not required; we provide industry-leading training. Schedule: Friday-Monday shifts (2p-10p and 10p-6a).

Qualifications

• Genuine compassion for seniors and a patient, respectful demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and grow through training and guidance.
• Ability to follow directions, maintain safety, and provide quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hygiene and grooming (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Provide medication assistance / Med Tech duties as directed.
• Monitor safety and resident well-being; respond to needs promptly.
