TerraBella Senior Living is hiring Care Givers to join our community. The Care Giver's role includes providing hands‑on care and emotional support to residents in a safe, home‑like environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, promoting independence, assisting with daily living activities, and engaging residents in life skills and activities. Ideal candidates show empathy, strong communication, and dedication to resident well‑being.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management, and co‑workers.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Engaging residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
