Job summary

Right at Home West Palm Beach is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities in the Okeechobee area. Training is provided, and we offer PPE, flexible scheduling, and a positive work environment.

As a caregiver, you will assist with daily living tasks, medication reminders, and companionship, while maintaining dignity and independence for clients. Join a team dedicated to making a difference in our community.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age.
Must read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
High school diploma or GED.
Meets the requirements for employees providing direct patient care.
Must have the ability to pass a full employment background check.
Current CPR Certificate is required.
1 year experience as a Home Health Aide and successful completion of a State-approved Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide course.

Responsibilities

Assist with eating, personal hygiene, dressing, shaving, light housekeeping, laundry.
Prepare meals and assist in kitchen.
Medication reminders.
Assistance with prescribed range of motion exercises; dementia care.
Companionship activities (reading, music, puzzles).
