Job summary

Right at Home West Palm Beach is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes. You will work with a flexible schedule and have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in daily living tasks.

Training is provided, with paid time off and opportunities for development. The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and strong communication with families and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• You must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Meets the requirements for employees providing direct patient care.
• Must pass a full employment background check.
• Current CPR Certificate is recommended.
• 1 year experience as a Home Health Aide in health care and completion of a State-approved Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide course.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (eating, personal hygiene, dressing, shaving, light housekeeping, laundry) and other household chores.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Offer dementia care and companionship activities (reading, music, puzzles).
