Job summary

Right at Home Palm Beach is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to join our caregiver team in the Lake Worth area. You will provide personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship to clients in their homes.

We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement. A valid driver license, background screen, and CPR are required, with a focus on reliable, high-quality home care delivery.

Qualifications

• CNA license or HHA certificate required.
• Valid driver's license or state photo ID.
• Second form of ID (SSN, Passport, etc.) required.
• Auto insurance coverage required.
• CPR certification required (in-person course).
• TB or Chest X-ray clear.
• Level 2 fingerprint background check.
• Alzheimer's, HIV, and medications CEU required.
• One letter of recommendation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers using appropriate equipment.
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany patients to medical appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Provide hospice support and medication reminders.
• Assist with range of motion exercises and mobility.
• Assist with incontinence care and lifting as needed.
