Job summary

One You Love Homecare – San Antonio is seeking caring caregivers to support seniors in their own homes in the San Antonio area. You’ll deliver personalized ADL assistance, light homemaking, and companionship, while following each client’s care plan.

We value reliability, good communication, and a heart for service. A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are essential, with CNA exposure considered a strong plus and nursing‑program students encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• At least two years of caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA training is a plus but not required.
• Requires reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care per client plan, including ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility assistance.
• Provide homemaker services: meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders.
• Engage clients with conversations and activities to support mental well‑being.
• Document care tasks and communicate with client and management team.

What You’ll Do as a Caregiver:

• Provide compassionate care tailored to each client’s personalized plan, including activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Offer homemaker services like meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
• Engage with clients through conversation and activities that enhance their day and support their mental well-being.
• Document care tasks and communicate effectively with both the client and our management team.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Caring Heart: You’re passionate about helping seniors and creating a positive impact.
• Great Communicator: You can connect with clients and team members effortlessly.
• Experienced Professional: At least two years of caregiving experience is preferred.
• Minimum 2 year experience working with seniors, or currently enrolled in a nursing program, or completion of a CNA course
• CNA training (not required, but a big plus!)
• Reliable and Trustworthy: You have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a commitment to excellence.

$15 -$18. Depending on experience and case skill demands.
