One You Love Homecare – San Antonio is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personalized care for seniors in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders while ensuring safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience caring for seniors.
• Strong communication with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance.
• Offer homemaker services: meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
• Engage clients with conversations and activities for mental well-being.
• Document care tasks and communicate with management.

What You’ll Do as a Caregiver:

• Provide compassionate care tailored to each client’s personalized plan, including activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Offer homemaker services like meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
• Engage with clients through conversation and activities that enhance their day and support their mental well-being.
• Document care tasks and communicate effectively with both the client and our management team.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Caring Heart: You’re passionate about helping seniors and creating a positive impact.
• Great Communicator: You can connect with clients and team members effortlessly.
• Minimum 2 year experience working with seniors, currently enrolled in a nursing program, or completion of a CNA course
• CNA training (not required, but a plus!)
• Reliable and Trustworthy: You have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a commitment to excellence.

$15.00 -$17. 00 Depending on experience and case skill demands.
