As a Caregiver, you may provide companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, medication reminders, mobility support, and personal care. prior caregiving is valued, but a caring attitude and reliability are most important for success.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• 1+ year of professional caregiving experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle and reliable transportation
• Current auto insurance
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Able to assist with mobility and transfers as needed
• Able to work independently in a client’s home
• Able to read, understand, and consistently follow a client’s care plan
• Strong and professional communication skills
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Able to consistently work at least 12 hours per week
• Willing and able to travel to clients throughout our West Valley service area
