Home Instead Senior Care Goodyear, AZ seeks dependable caregivers for one-on-one in-home support in Goodyear, Buckeye, and surrounding West Valley communities.

We value reliability, compassion, and strong communication as you help seniors stay safe and comfortable at home with companionship, personal care, meal prep, and mobility support.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older.
• 1+ year of professional caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Current auto insurance and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Able to assist with mobility and transfers.
• Able to read and follow a client's care plan.
• Strong, professional communication and dependable attendance.
• Able to work at least 12 hours per week and travel within West Valley.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• 1+ year of professional caregiving experience preferred

• Authorization to work in the United States
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Able to assist with mobility and transfers as needed
• Able to work independently in a client's home
• Able to read, understand, and consistently follow a client's care plan
• Strong and professional communication skills
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Able to consistently work at least 12 hours per week
• Willing and able to travel to clients throughout our West Valley service area

Preferred Experience
