Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors offers compassionate in-home caregiving to clients in Colorado. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized care, support daily living activities, and assist with meals and medications in clients' homes.

We welcome dedicated individuals, with or without prior caregiving experience. A valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is preferred, and direct deposit enrollment is required. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules are available to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to drive or have reliable transportation.
• Prior caregiving experience is a plus but not required.
• Must provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation.
• Direct deposit enrollment is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in clients' homes.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Manage medication schedules and administer as prescribed.
• Engage clients in conversations and activities for social and mental stimulation.
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
