Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care, focusing on personalized support for each patient in their familiar surroundings.

You will assist with daily activities, manage medications, and engage clients in social interactions to enhance well-being. Training and growth opportunities are available within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to drive or have reliable transportation.
• Prior caregiving experience is a plus, not required.
• Must provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation.
• Direct deposit enrollment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered home care.
• Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Manage medication schedules and administer medications as prescribed.
