Job summary

Flatirons Flex Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support in the Denver area. The role focuses on companionship, personal care, meal prep, and light housekeeping to help clients live independently with dignity and comfort.

Applicants should be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED preferred, and be reliable and professional. Access to transportation and valid insurance is required; bilingual candidates are a plus.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to drive or access to reliable transportation + valid insurance
• Prior experience is a plus, but a heart for care is a must
• Must provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation
• Direct deposit enrollment required
• Bi-Lingual a Plus

Responsibilities

• Companionship & conversation to uplift and support clients in their homes
• Personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and hygiene
• Meal prep & feeding assistance with nourishment and encouragement
• Light housekeeping & laundry with dignity and cleanliness
• Mobility support including transfer assistance, positioning, and ROM
• Medication reminders and safety protocols
• Errands and appointment transportation as needed
• Additional duties based on individualized care plans

What You’ll Do:

• Companionship & conversation to uplift and support clients in their homes

• Personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene

• Meal prep & feeding assistance—offering both nourishment and encouragement

• Light housekeeping & laundry, with attention to dignity and cleanliness

• Mobility support including transfer assistance, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises

• Medication reminders and ensuring safety protocols are followed

• Errands and appointment transportation (as needed and applicable)

• Additional duties based on individualized care plans
