Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Recruit potential customers or employers and conduct outreach in communities.
• Provide vocational counseling and career planning assistance.
• Maintain case management files and document interactions promptly.
• Assist with enrollment eligibility and program enrollment.
• Coordinate with partner agencies and refer customers as needed.
• Facilitate one-to-one counseling, orientations, and job-readiness workshops.
• Keep up-to-date with local labor market information.
