Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing career interests and skills, developing individualized career plans, guiding resume and portfolio creation, and preparing candidates for interviews and networking opportunities. The Senior Career Advisor will collaborate with internal teams to align candidate development with employer needs, conduct workshops on career development topics, track candidate progress, and maintain accurate records in career management systems. The role also involves staying current with tech industry trends and labor market data to offer informed, practical guidance.

• Candidates should possess experience with Student Counseling and supporting diverse learner populations.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including active listening, presentation, and written communication.
• Candidates should possess abilities in client assessment, goal setting, and creating actionable career plans.
• Relevant experience in the tech industry talent market or staffing/recruitment is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in career counseling are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with digital tools for case management, scheduling, and reporting.
