LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Edmonds, WA is seeking a devoted Caregiver to provide hands-on support to senior residents, promoting safety, dignity, and independence in daily life. You will follow ISP plans, assist with ADLs, engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining and a clean environment, and communicate with families and the care team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document any changes accurately.
• Engage residents through conversation and activities to enhance quality of life.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
