Job summary

You will follow individualized service plans, document changes, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents in activities; the role includes helping with dining, maintaining a clean environment, and coordinating with families and the care team to ensure comfort and well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes accurately.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members.
• In Memory Care settings, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
