Job summary

Senior Community Care of Colorado PACE (Montrose) is hiring a Van Driver to provide safe and timely transportation for SCC participants. This on-site role supports coordination with the Interdisciplinary Team and requires a valid Colorado driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30am to 4:30pm with occasional weekends. The organization emphasizes compassionate leadership, career growth, and a mission-driven work culture in a welcoming campus setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License in Colorado.
• Minimum of one year experience with the frail and elderly population.
• Able to read and understand maps and routing information.
• Knowledge of safety requirements for transportation.

Responsibilities

• Transport participants to and from medical appointments, activities, and other required trips.
• Transport meals, durable medical equipment, pharmacy and related items as needed.
• Ensure passenger safety and satisfaction during transport.
• Follow the scheduled routes, communicating changes to dispatch as needed.
