Home Instead, a leading elder care franchise, is seeking a Recruiter to build a strong Care Pro team across multiple locations in Wisconsin. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on sourcing, screening, and placing compassionate caregivers who align with our Love values.

You will develop relationships through online posts, referrals, and community events, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies. Join a mission-driven team committed to safe, quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• SHRM Credential or similar is a plus but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; confidentiality essential.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Schedule and conduct interviews; ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Attend job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Select new Care Pros based on requirements and performance standards.
• Coordinate orientation with Branch.
• Adhere to company policies and ethics.
• All other duties as assigned.
