Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with people or staffing issues desirable.

Responsibilities

• Adjust and maintain staff work schedules.
• Use department staffing policies to determine appropriate care staffing levels.
• Negotiate staffing needs with leaders and directors.
• Track, document, and report staffing data to directors for analysis.
• Communicate with employees, leads and department directors.
