Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Florida State licensure in Speech Language Pathology (SLP).
• Minimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of residents' communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific communication and swallowing goals.
• Provide speech therapy services to residents, including group and individual treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident assessments, treatments, and progress.
• Participate in staff education and training programs to stay current with best practices and research.
