Job summary

American Senior Communities is hiring a Director of Sales Training to lead the development and execution of innovative sales training programs across our organization. This role will strengthen the skills and performance of our Marketing, Business Development and Sales teams across all service lines.

The Director will design ongoing onboarding and professional development programs, ensuring team members have the knowledge and resources to build relationships, drive referrals, and promote growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must be able to travel between communities.
• Minimum of one year of long-term care or assisted living experience in sales, marketing or training.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of innovative sales training programs across the organization.
• Design and implement comprehensive onboarding and ongoing professional development for MBS teams.
• Strengthen skills, effectiveness and performance to drive referrals and organizational growth.
