American Senior Communities is now hiring a Director of Sales Training to lead the development and execution of innovative sales training programs across our organization. This strategic leadership role will help strengthen the skills, effectiveness, and performance of our Marketing, Business Development and Sales (MBS) teams across all service lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare related field preferred.
• Must be able to travel between communities.
• Minimum of one year of long-term care or assisted living experience sales, marketing and/or training required.
