Job summary

Good Samaritan in Algona, IA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care using assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation within a Christian environment.

The RN will collaborate with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to coordinate care, perform assessments and deliver education across all care phases. PRN or part-time schedules apply, with a 24-hour weekly commitment and a $5,000 sign-on bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing; multistate licensure if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the full nursing process.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and interventions with the care team.
