Good Samaritan Society in Park River, ND, is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.

The role requires a current RN license, a strong nursing background, and the ability to delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff while maintaining high standards of practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• RN license in the state where practice occurs; multistate license if applicable.
• Clinical competencies in nursing practice and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) for residents.
• Coordinate resident care and educate residents and families; collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Possess leadership skills and delegate tasks as appropriate while ensuring safe care.
