The Laurels of University Park in Richmond, Virginia is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and grow within a compassionate, patient-centered team. This role emphasizes clinical leadership, quality care, and professional development for experienced nurses.

You will supervise LPNs/CNAs, deliver safe medication interventions, assess guests, implement orders, develop plans of care, select nursing interventions to stabilize conditions, and contribute to assessments and care planning for

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia.
• CPR certification.
• 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the care/services provided by LPNs, CNAs, and other team members who care for guests.
• Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to guests.
• Assess the health of guests and notify the physician of changes in status; promptly implement new orders.
• Develop a plan of care based on assessment, implementing nursing care.
• Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest’s condition and/or prevent complications.
• Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA's) and the development of a plan of care.
