Princeton Transitional Care & Assisted Living is seeking a qualified RN to provide direct nursing care in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. This role includes medication administration, wound care, and supervising nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualificações

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred (AHA or Red Cross).
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including meds and wound care.
• Assist residents with ADLs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and aides during the shift.
• Monitor residents; notify physician/guardian of changes.
• Develop and review individualized care plans with the team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per policy.
