Job summary

AdviniaCare Orchard View is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and care delivery for residents. The role focuses on guiding CNA teams, ensuring accurate CNA documentation, and supporting resident admissions while promoting a compassionate, efficient care environment.

You will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and empathy for seniors and their families while maintaining high standards of care in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing floor nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Overseeing the complete records of CNA care and CNA documentation
• Assisting with the inputting of resident admissions
• Demonstrating leadership capabilities and ensuring a positive and respectful work environment
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff on first shift
• Conduct regular rounds to ensure that residents are receiving quality care and attention
• Develop and implement strategies to improve care and services for our residents
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
