Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. You will deliver compassionate, evidence-based interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.

You will treat manageable caseloads, document in an EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, benefiting from mentorship and growth opportunities within senior care.

Qualifications

Licensed PTA in Illinois with active license.
Experience in skilled nursing/post-acute care preferred.
Proficient in EMR documentation and interprofessional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Deliver PT Assistant services under PT supervision.
Document treatments in EMR.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
