Renewal Rehab is seeking a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.

You will treat manageable caseloads, document in an EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, benefiting from strong clinical resources and professional growth opportunities in senior care.

Qualifications

• Licensed CPTA with current credentialing.
• Experience delivering PT support under a PT.
• Ability to document clearly in EMR and coordinate care.

Responsabilités

• Deliver evidence-based mobility interventions under PT supervision.
• Manage a manageable caseload in skilled nursing/post-acute settings.
• Document patient progress in the EMR.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
