Job summary

Renewal Rehab seeks a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. You will deliver compassionate, evidence-based interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.

You will treat manageable caseloads, document in an EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes in a patient-centered culture.
