Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. You will deliver compassionate, evidence-based interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.

You will treat manageable caseloads, document in an EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, all within Renewal Rehab's patient-centered culture with strong clinical resources and mentorship

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Certified Physical Therapist Assistant license/certification.
• Experience delivering evidence-based interventions under a Physical Therapist supervision.
• Ability to document accurately in an EMR and participate in team rounds.
