Job summary

HireNow Staffing is seeking a seasoned Physical Therapist to join a client partner serving the Los Angeles Metro area. This full‑time role emphasizes quality patient care for older adults, building relationships, and promoting independence through personalized rehabilitation.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to restore function, reduce fall risk, and help seniors stay safely engaged in their communities. CA licensure and a DPT are required, with onsite duties in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• CA PT license or eligibility to obtain California licensure.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning.
• Experience treating adult/geriatric populations.
• Excellent communication, patient education, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to patient outcomes.
• Must reside within commuting distance of the Los Angeles Metro area or be prepared to relocate.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• U.S.-based applicants only.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation interventions that improve mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and functional independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical outcomes and patient goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, social workers, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, home safety, and wellness strategies.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and contribute to coordinated treatment planning.
• Promote patient safety while supporting evidence-based rehabilitation practices.
• Build trusted relationships with patients and families through compassionate, individualized care.
• Support quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and rehabilitation excellence.
